Well since I'm in Florida I landed a job at Publix right as I turned 14 years old since that's the youngest you can be to start working there. For my second job, my dad has companies in the healthcare industry so I do some patient reports there as well.
Publix is 1 of them, and at my dads company which is in the healthcare industry. I do school virtually so I can work and do school whenever works best for me. I'm also making payments on the car and insurance, but the way it works is since its under my dads name (until when I'm 18 he will...
My parents get that a lot. I have a contract with them saying if I do something so severe and reckless that it poses a threat to my safety or the safety of others. My dad will sell the car instantly. However I'm extremely blessed to have such a car and this "ripe age"
Correct. The car is under my dad's name and the title will be transferred to me when I'm 18. He is also contributing to the payments which is about 50/50 for the car payment. But everything else like the gas, maintenance, aftermarket parts, etc is all on me.
My parents do help with the monthly payment and insurance on the car, its about 50/50. However, gas, maintenance, aftermarket parts, literally ANYTHING except for the monthly payment and insurance I'm all by myself. I work 2 jobs to be able to afford my end.
Also thanks for the suggestion!
You get the full license a year after you get the learners permit. but you have to be at least 15 to get it and 16 for your license, in my case I got the permit 2 days after my birthday, meaning I have to wait 2 days after I turn 16 to get the license.
Nope, this is not a troll post. I am 100% serious. Also I drove a bit at night and its not bad out the windshield, its a bit harder on the side windows but still not an issue.
I'm very blessed. But at 15 I have my learners permit not license. Only reason we got the car early is because it was a really good deal on a brand new 2024.
