Swirls are fine…I have 3 Rupes Polishers…multiple pads and compounds. I like detailing…
Dents and windshield replacements on a new car is not my idea of acceptable…
My main thing is that I’m dropping $70k plus and there are dents, scratches and windshield issues on a brand new car! My GT350 met my standards, my 2003 Cobra had a chip on the door that they fixed before I bought it….my point is a NEW car should be pretty close to perfect when you buy it...
That’s from the stamping of the panel and the fact that there are holes for the door handle…they all have it to some extent. Of there was no holes, the panel would be smooth.
Maybe I am being too picky and I should just quit. I have looked at four dark horses with a 200 mile radius.
The first one was black at a local dealer where I know everyone. It had scratches on it that need to be repaired and there was some ceramic coating high spots that needed to be fixed...
I used Adam’s VRT….you put it on with a sponge….let it sit and buff it off with a soft microfiber. It was awesome when I had a 1LE withe the vinyl matte wrapped hood.
It’s between the Vapor Blue and Dark Matter Gray. The Gray one is 400 miles away….the Vapor Blue one is local.
Honestly…I like the Vapor blue because of the contrast that shows the gray accents.

Dealer #1 - Local to me: They have a Shadow Black, Non HP car. The sell it at MSRP, but they tinted the windows and ceramic coated it....add $1000. I agree, but I want to inspect it my way. I find scratches on the front bumper, the front splitter...
