That’s it. I ordered mine through oemfordpartsoulet.com for under $300. The PP radiator has a 31mm thick core verse Non-PP at 18.5mm core. Easy swap. Make sure to vacuum fill the radiator...
I have not. Have you made any progress? I just installed the PP radiator to complete the PP engine upgrades. Next step is the rear differential cooler. I have the harness that controls the pump as well as the diff temp sensor. I need to remove the back seat and locate the harness the temp...
The portion of the harness running through the port in the truck, are those for the rear abs?
I’ll be taking the rear seats and the trunk lining out tomorrow and will port the pictures.
Great find. Are these pictures from your car? I located that same harness on eBay but I can't seem to locate the pigtail on the harness. I've messaged the seller to get more clarification. I plan on pulling apart my trunk and backseat area tomorrow and locate the harness currently in my car.
I have not been removing the carpet in the trunk—only taking out any loose items from the vehicle.
Regarding the radiator upgrade, the Performance Pack (PP) radiator is 17mm thicker, as confirmed by Ford Performance, and significantly enhances cooling capacity, particularly in track conditions...
No worries on the initial harness. I returned the damaged part and have requested a full refund. What site or software are you using for the harness diagram? I have been able to lookup the part# but have been unsuccessful in locating the harness diagram such as the ones that have been...
For some reason the diagram on ford parts for the harness you located shows not available when I open your link. I have also emptied my trunk several times for track days but I don’t recall a harness towards the front of the trunk near the back seat. I’ll check again at some point this week...
Thanks mewstang for the information. can you share where found the diagram? Beyond finding the correct pigtail, I need to located the harness it plugs into and the routing.
Harness arrived today. Unfortunately, the main harness connector was broken so I am attempting to send it back. That being said, from what I can tell it appears to only be the replacement harness that runs through the trunk and connects to the active exhaust and charcoal filter. It does not...
Just seeing this thread. Recently install the OEM oil cooler on my non-PP S650. Oil temps have not dropped as I would have expected them. I am going to install the PP radiator as it is 17mm thicker and should have better cooling capacity which would impact the inferred oil temps. The picture...
Does your DH have the rear differential cooler installed? I can’t recall if all DH’s have the rear differential cooler or just the ones with the”handling package”. I know they all have the rear differential temp sensor.
Still waiting on the harness. In the mean time, any additional pictures of the harness and where the pigtail for the temp sensor plugs into the harness at? Just trying to save myself the guess work.
