My last job was at an auto parts store and even though my knowledge put all the youngsters to shame I was often relegated to making deliveries which I kind of liked because it got me away from the typical "what kind of car wash is best for me" type of non-hard parts customers and I could drive around, talk with actual jobbers and see what kind of kewl stuff they were working on etc. But obviously I encountered enough jackasses on the road as well.
So when I started working from home I told myself if I ever have the means, the next car is just going to be a big stupid SUV; the biggest I can find and maybe give it the secret service treatment with tank-proof armor and bulletproof glass; run-flat tires etc and have a chaffeur drive me around, namely a hot lil blue-haired tatted pierced 20something I could administer spankings to on occasion. Watching all the tractor-trailer wrecks on fb reels didn't help any.
But I took a wrong turn and here we are. All the rat damage from my car sitting got fixed and all the previously thought indelible stains on it were removed with a simple pressure-washing. Interest renewed.
