Ford Racing Parts is simplifying the path to high-output performance with turn-key installation of a new Supercharger Kit for all 2026 Ford F-150 and Mustang models equipped with the 5.0-liter V8 engine, providing a seamless way to deliver massive power with factory backing.

Yeah, nothing new here. Ford is just trying to capture a bigger chunk of the aftermarket performance parts market directly, instead of watching their customers spend their extra money elsewhere. The kit has been on the Ford Performance website for over a year now, and it implies that any Ford dealer can install it (even though some probably shouldn't). Or, any ASE mechanic can do the job, and Ford will still warranty it. It wouldn't come off the assembly line with the kit, though - it's a de-facto dealer-installed option.

I want those damn Ford Performance badges on the Whipple! They refuse to sell them to me.

I'd like to have them as well, or at least something else more custom than 'whipple superchargers' on mine. Let me know if you find a way to get them, or something else.
