Well then mine doesn't work, because I nailed a carcass at about 60-65 today and it didn't come on. Service department, here I come !
Fortunately for me it was flattened enough to be about the height of the splitter.

It's designed to pick up cars, not objects on the road.

Actually my radar went out a few weeks ago and with it my cruise control. Took the front fascia off to see WTF was going on with the module. Turns out it mounts by loosely slotting into a cradle, and it had popped out a little due to bumps and vibration. I had that dumb logo on my dash until I remounted the radar module. Then it went away on next crank.

LOL! I wish. 'Coon, small to medium dog or cougar. Definitely not a skunk, domestic cat, armadillo or porcupine and unfortunately not flattened. Big enough it caught the splitter and bounced off the undercarriage.

Sorry, I didn't even think about it. I was also installing the OEM HP splitter and doing an oil change at the same time.

I don’t have a picture of one installed but the part on the left is what I installed to get adaptive cruise. Looking straight on is how it sits bolted to the vehicle. You can see how the actual radar module does not actually bolt to the car, it’s held by 3 clips.
