On mine, wiped the bugs and road crap off the windshield......very dramatic difference. Actually, just a clean windshield now.

Correct, you remove the headrest and the posts go through the holder and then you slide the headrest back in place. Very simple. I reclined the seat to remove the headrest.

And the link posted is the one that I used as well, which was posted by AZ_Ryan earlier in this thread. And yes, it fits the 2024 and I'm sure the 2025 as well even though it isn't stated since the headrest is the same.
