I was skipping the video for results but yea it dose have header CAI and ported manifolds

He beat me to it - ported intake manifold as well.

BUT, the video highlights changes in horsepower from prior to the tune compared to after.

This is actually development of the tune. He changes one thing at a time. He says in the video he made over 30 dyno runs as he changes various items one by one, so he knows what effect each change has, rather than plugging in a bunch of changes and not knowing what is right or wrong with the result or why.
