Someone said on a video it's a turbo with a belt drive. Looks like a turbo anywho.

It's not a Turbo it's a centrifugal crank driven supercharger. Turbos are driven by exhaust gas that's why they have to spool up to produce power.

Someone on a video described the Procharger this way. I'm not interested in a turbo. My wife is the one who has one in her car. All she needs is a Mishimoto intercooler.
