My excitement was getting a second fob programmed. When I bought the car used the car dealer only had one fob. Didn't think much about it but when I got home and looked in the glove box there was a fob hard key blank. I tried the key that came with the fob and the damn thing did not work on the door, only on the glove box. So to get the spare fob programmed and to cut two keys with a mobile tech was 250 bucks. One thing he did mention was that in my car the indent to program the fob was not the correct spot, it was forward of the indent right on the edge of the bottom of the console. Not much of a difference but enough for the fob not to program in the indent.
