Good morning everyone, I’ve been noticing this metal rattling sound while accelerating, usually anywhere over 4k RPM when temps are over 200 degrees usually after some spirited driving. Anyone have any idea on what this can be? I’ve attached some videos for reference. Thanks!

It certainly sounds like something is loose. Or there's something trapped underneath the car. Could be anything, from a loose/flapping belly pan, suspension, exhaust, etc.

It does not sound like something internal to the engine or the transmission.

If you can, I'd start with a simple, total car inspection. Gain access to a lift, drive-on if possible. With the car cold or cool, put your hand on everything, use a torch to inspect everything, under hood and under the car. Shake, push, check. Afterwards, lift the car in such a way so the suspension is unloaded. Perform the same inspection, especially on the wheel and suspension.

The sound is pronounced enough and easily repeatable. I'd like to think you'll find the issue quickly.

If you have time, let us know what you found out.
