Passenger Side Creak (not Seat Latch)

Can't figure this out. I get a clickety-creak (like clicks that run together into a creak sound) when full-stopping/taking off from a full stop. Sounds like it's coming from the passenger side skirt/quarter panel area, but I suspect suspension.

- Only happens with weight shift forwards/backwards, does not happen over speed bumps or driving in motion.
- More likely with incline/decline and when turning left (i.e. turning left into a parking spot).
- Less likely when hot (like 90F, and after driving), but still there.
- Can't trigger the sound when pushing on the car with my hands.

I tried:
- lubing the rear seat latch with silicone grease (and put the seat down).
- lubing the suspension bushings with silicone spray.
- replacing rear brake pads with a new OEM set (BRF1911)
- re-lubing rear brake caliper guide pins with OEM silicone grease (XG3A).

No loose items in the car/trunk, happens even without rear dashcam so it's not cable rubbing. Car is stock.

Any ideas?

Totally unacceptable. Assuming it's your '26 Mustang,, take it back to the dealer for a warranty claim? This seems related to braking, but what do I know? I would expect my new car to be free of annoying noises that don't come from the speakers.
