For final polishing, I'm using a 70/30 blend 550 GSM tpwel. DFB5.0 what do you think? I'm using a dedicated detergent to clean these towels, cold water wash/rinse. This is due to my OCD regarding lint on my Shadow Black GT.

Is this to remove polish residue, or do you mean for the application of detail sprays/spray sealants ect? For polish removal, a lower pile helps cut through the residue, something like the Edgeless 365 or Car Wash Towel. For spray/wipe applications, you can bump up to a longer pile to something like the Eagle Edgeless 500. I actually split the difference by using a dual-pile towel like the Creature, making them more versatile.

IN any case, a 70/30 blend is considered a premium blend, and on black you would stick with plusher towels like the Eagle Edgeless 500.
