Ordered a Ford Performance Banner
It arrived exactly when it was supposed to.
I and an expert?
Installed it and my half looked perfect.
But his side there was a crease that I saw before installing but thought it would relax?
It was terrible.
Trying to fix it made it worse.
I pulled it off as he drove away.
Upset because I am a veteran fighting leukemia.
Money is tight.
I decided I needed to order another to replace it.
I told LMR my story.
They made a company decision.
They replaced my order and it’s already on the way.
Did they have to?
No
But they do stand behind the products they sell.
Even gave me a few tips to guarantee next attempt is successful.
