You can order staggered, its just the minimum order is usually 4. Mine are 19X10 and 20X11.

I tried to order from one of the sellers and I couldn't figure out how to do that.

Correct...are you ordering from Alibaba? Also, you can chat with the manufacturer,

I wouldn't order from a manufacturer unless they have been on Alibaba for at least 3 years. This is just an example
