FYI - live.com user. My digest stopped getting received as well, not in junk either. I went back into forums to set up to "watch" again and I selected "new treads" and email notification. I now receive individual emails for each new tread for the forums I'm watching. Option for those that don't want to switch accounts. Obviously, you'll get a lot of email if you watch a lot of forums.
