Got my S650 back from the body shop

As the title says I got my 25' Grabber Blue RTR back from the body shop today. My first drive of the mustang I got taken out by a turkey....check my other posts for pics.
My contact said they wanted to give it back to me for the holiday weekend and let him know if I'm happy or if anything needs fixing. Overall, very happy with the repairs. However it seems they didn't get around to fixing the right rear fender....some how during the incident, whether it was the turkey, tow truck driver, or something else, the fender pulled out from the tail light end and won't stay where it needs to be. I can physically pull the fender with just my finger. It looks like there are three slots in it. The rest of the fender is clipped and looks fine towards the rear wheel. I can't see what is on the top panel to hook to. Does anyone know or can you direct me on how to resolve the issue. Here are a couple of pics.

I'm assuming the rear bumper cover is undamaged. Given that, it's unlikely (not impossible) there is any damage the bumper cover attachment slots (passenger side bumper cover to quarter panel attachment).

I marked up one of your photos showing the approximate location of the attachment slots in the bumper cover. Sorry... your second photo is... well... terrible.

The following will require 2 people. Reconnecting the top side of the bumper cover is normally done prior to reinstalling the bottom fasteners i.e., normal B.C. removal and reassembly. Having the bottom free to pull out some when applying upward pressure may be required. Try below first.

1. White arrows - slide a piece of paper or doubled up thin tape in the gap near the arrows. If tape doubled sticky side to sticky side for easy removal. The edges of the bumper covers front or rear are prone to easy chipping (Thanks Ford).

2. Yellow arrows - apply and maintain inward hand/finger pressure while performing the next step

3. Red Arrows - Apply upward pressure.
