Just tossing around some numbers, found this interesting...

this full street car made good use of the intercooled centrifugal offered by a hearty ProCharger F-1A94 head unit, pumping out more than 24 pounds of boost.

ported stock intake and heads ported by AFS.

8.95 at 155.50 mph

Now, earlier today I saw another S650 that ran almost an identical ET/MPH, with a stock engine, and Whipple but only 16 lbs of boost

Even with the 300-400lb weight difference favoring the Whipple car, wouldn't you expect there to be a big difference in the 1/4 mile seeing that there's an extra 8lbs of boost? Both are 10R80, E85...
