Fender emblem placement

Anyone with a GT, can you measure from the bottom of the fender to the bottom of the emblem and from the door side edge to the edge of the emblem and post here?

I assume you're referring to the 5.0 badge. If yes, here you go. Note - The bottom horizontal red line displayed on the photo is slightly off the fender bottom where the vertical red line is. If you track this red line to center line of the badge (left to right) you'll see it aligns with the bottom of the fender. What does this mean in reality. The 17-1/8" dimension should be taken from bottom of badge (at center left to right). This just in case you're OCD like me.

On my S550, I put painters tape on the bottom of the 5.0 badge and just lined it up. There was also a square hole in the fender for placement, so went pretty smooth. I went from chrome to black, since everything but the 5.0 badge is black on a CS.

I also replaced the 5.0 and GT badges with black.
