I just found out the Ford released a memo to dealers on 20 Feb. It states that a customers who order a 6 speed S650 before 4 April qualities for a '$1000 certificate'.
I followed up with my ordering dealer, and I qualify. My order was placed 23 Dec 2023. You must be the original person that placed the order. Easy money. I'm $2k down now with the GG gone. Money for wheels.

I just re-read that "Catch". I can't imagine any manuals sitting on the lot for that long.

After reading the Catch phrase that the order must have been placed BEFORE April 19, 2023, I can't imaging that many Mustangs with manual transmissions meeting that requirement still sitting on the lot.

I agree that sounds like a long time. But maybe even though it was ordered in April of 23 it took months to build it so maybe there's a few of these unicorns out there? Maybe the article quoted the wrong date somehow? Anything's possible

I hope you're right. My order was placed 12/6/23 and all I have is a schedule date.

All I can confirm is the dealer sent me a new Purchase order with a minus $1000 correction.
I'm good with that, just need the car to get here. Shipped 15 days ago. Michigan to S.Carolina by ox cart.

I assume your order was AFTER the April 19, 2023 date. Correct?
