My dealer handled the Dark Horse gift automatically once the sale closed, but a few folks said theirs had to submit the owner info manually, so it can depend on how organized the dealership is. I’d just call your sales rep and ask if the registration was sent to Ford. I remember waiting for mine while burning some cherry vanilla incense at home, which made the wait a bit less annoying.
