Just ceramic. I regret not getting ppf beforehand, but it's not a daily driver. So I don't tailgate anyone to prevent any errant rock.Nice. What have you done to finish this one.
I really like vapor blue. One of my favorites along with Atlas blue and molten magenta. Would like to find a translucent blue for the grills running horse. This way the chrome will help the blue shine like a sapphire. We've had XPEL Stealth (=mat) PPF installed on our Vapour Blue DH. The car looks amazing and its lines are accentuated rather than overwhelmed by shine. I attach a few pix so you can see for yourself. I hope the PPF will keep our DH in as new condition for a long time. Like yours, ours is not a daily driver so we take care when and where we go, within limits of course.
But there are also disadvantages. There's the cost, the PPF application is not perfect (depends on your expectations of course, mine were very high), and the sparkles in the metallic paint that we would see before PPF application, are now largely hidden. The colour also appears to be a bit different, depending on lighting and angle of view. We love the car, but I am not sure I would have the mat PPF again. Just not sure.
Good luck pondering! Cheers from Perth, Western Australia
