March 17th I ordered a set of the front and rear rock guards from Phasetek. About 10 days later I emailed asking for a shipping update and heard no response. April 3rd I get a tracking number, slow but all good. Today is April 16th, USPS has confirmed they provided a tracking number but the package has not been received from Phasetek yet. I've contacted Phasetek multiple times and support says they can't and won't do anything. The only option they give me is to return it for a refund completely missing the point that they have never shipped it.
Anyway I filed a chargeback with Mastercard and sharing here as a warning.
