2024 Mustang GT HPDE Car

Since picking up this car, our VP of Operations, Glen Vitale, took it out to Sebring International Raceway and ran a 2:30 in 100% bone stock form. This is incredibly impressive out-of-the-box considering our fully prepped Q350 EcoBoost Handling Build ran at the same time! We are very excited to add more parts to this build, take it out, and continue to make this already great platform faster around the track!

Was there a reason you got the performance pack if you were going to change most the parts anyways?

We will explain this in our video (hint ... hint ... soon to be shared).

The PP comes with parts that we cannot change like electronic modules and some parts that we don’t want to change like the rear end. For example, the PP cars come with some aero benefits that a GT does not come with, it also comes with the Torsen differential which is a must-have for road course duty. In addition, it comes with a better steering module, ABS, and stability control module all of which are tuned for higher performance applications that apply when driving the car at its limits. All of these modules cannot be replaced or re-tuned so by getting a standard GT we would be leaving some performance on the table that we simply cannot fix. In addition to a better-tuned ABS module, it also comes with better brakes than a standard GT which is also a necessity for the.
