I have an order in for a 2024 BMW M2 G87. That is a slow time for the M2, Car and Driver ran a 3.9 0-60 and a 12.2@118mph in a previous test, this was with the manual. The Autos were 0-60 in3.5 and 11.7@121mph with the ZF automatic. I also have a S650 on order. Whats really holding me back...

I wish, can't afford them both. I am leaning toward the M2. It's a narrow favorite though. It will depend on how soon I can secure an allocation.

If the M2 had a V8 ala E92 M3, the decision would be made.

I watched it in 1440P if you actually watch it in youtube. They should have did it against an M2...same price range. Against the M4 Competition, not very fair.

I wouldn't even consider the 10R80, manual or bust.

It's not shit, it's just the 8 spd ZF transmission in the BMW has some better characteristics.
