The more I see that big black strip on the bottom of the grill the more I feel like nothing will look good on this car that's not black. It just looks stupid to me. Why is it even there? It would look so much better with MORE color there. But then they REMOVED the black from between the tail...
I feel like with how much is going on upfront that Black is the ONLY color this thing looks good in. Any other color looks like a freaking hot mess unless you get an EcoBoost.
I predict aftermarket making lots of alternative grills in body colors to clean it up.
Likely ride height regulations. Its why the 2001 Bullitt and 2003 Mach1 are different heights. Regulations changed between their release, and the Mach1's front lip makes it easier to hit things then the Bullitt that had no lip.
Take the extended lip off the DH and its bottom lip is PROBABLY...
Really it all started performance wise with the 2001 Bullitt. Before that it was just SVT products from 93-99 keeping the Mustang GT as not to impressive mid trim. Bullitt worked, lead to the Mach1, and 2003 Cobra moving up high enough that it gave Mustang room to stretch its legs. Then the...
Love how they keep showing the woman with the EcoBoost but soon as there is an interior shot shes in the guys manual GT with the top down because they want to keep hiding the base interior
Its usually more due to the durability and cost of repairing it. Thats why its common to eliminate on the R32-34 GT-R as well, but its not that it doesn't help in actual racing, its just about how much it adds more complication than its worth unless you're doing hard core racing.
Even then, with it already over 760hp how much more can they add before its just pointless other than bragging rights and burn outs? It already has issue putting the power down.
Maybe All wheel steering? or focus purely on handling and weight loss to make better use of the power it has now.
Point was pretty clear. Not impressive. Also, not really. When the 2015 GT came out the Performance Package trim was already faster/fast as the BOSS 302 and handled better. It didn't need a special trim to do that. Also the GT350 and GT350R was announced with performance WELL over that. So...
