Sorry, didn't mean to clutter the SC thread. Just to close the loop though, blend date and final in production date tagged as 8/4, but then it got hung up until 8/15 before it said built and was released.
Sadly, dealer has not been much help. They just gave the same estimate that's posted online (first week of October). I'll probably harass them a bit more next week if I don't see some movement.
Just a wild theory, but is it possible that it was affected by the hail damage and sold via auction or something? Is that something Ford would do with hail damaged cars? Maybe there is a new replacement order entered that will eventually be making its way to you with a new VIN?
Mine got hung up between production and built, but finally updated to built. Fingers crossed it doesn't get hung up before shipping the way yours has. Any updates on shipping for you?
Sorry, that's not a good feeling when you special order and are excited to get exactly what you want. I wonder if they can work something out to swap the seats out (admittedly, I don't know if it is just seats or if there are other trim elements that are also impacted).
Scheduled for this week and window sticker only became available yesterday? That timing sounds off. What is the blend date on the sticker?

That is frustrating/annoying. Hope they get it figured out on their end! Seems odd that they wouldn't work with you to figure out the state law and close the sale. Market isn't exactly hot right now.
