I just pulled it out by hand, it's only held on by those tabs. It's been almost a year though since I did it.... I can't remember the exact details but it took me 5 minutes in the parking lot.

I didn't catch it initially, but when I was looking at the body lines I eventually saw it. Second Pic shows how the tabs weren't installed properly. No damage to indicate this was post build. I just popped em all back out, straightened the tabs and reinstalled.

Noted. I've never noticed it on any of my other mechanical LSD vehicles, but admittedly they were all trucks. A bit more isolated from the source of the sound. The tick sounds like a lifter tick, which I'd normally expect to go away within a second or two of building oil pressure. This one...

If it weren't for stop and go, 65mph with the cruise sits at 43mpg on the instant guage. I was getting close to this with the wife's old Eco, but this year seems a bit more economic. Helps that I live in a flat area with 60-65mph just about everywhere.

Got some lighter shoes on my feet the other day. Figured I'd try them out. I don't think I have enough patience to do this for an entire tank, but I'm just happy to prove it's possible.

How bad was swapping the airbag? I'm no stranger to using cad devices in aircraft, but it's a bit different in a car. Just don't wanna become one of those guys. Was it fairly straight forward for you?

Did you do anything to fix the audio leveling when the volume gets turned up? On my old truck, you could set the outputs to line out voltage. I'm not seeing this as simple in the mustang.

I mean, when I had the ANC issue, I put it back to the original hex configuration. So when it wasn't working, that was a plus, but yeah it eventually came back. Not sure what triggered it.

I got it for the fuel economy, 130+ miles per day. I needed a commuter car, but I can't drive boring cars. The Ecoboost is pound for pound the most fun you can get with 35mpg.

I wonder how long it would take someone to notice that. lol

*raises hand* As an ecoboost owner, I'd love to pull em off. I know it's not 'really' a mustang. Maybe replace them with a galloping gerbil. 😁
