For what it's worth, my reason for getting a solution was more to do with when I'm *not* driving, like dropping off kids, waiting for kids class, etc. Yes, obviously watching TV while driving is not a great idea. -Brian

To add to the original thread with another data point, I use OneCarStereo AI Box and it works well (Amazon link). I didn't find any option yet to make the screen truly full screen -- that is, without the top/bottom menu/aircon controls. Besides that, works well for Netflix, VLC, YouTube, etc.

For those interested in seeing the Etsy 3D-printed seatbelt holder installed, here are 2 pics. The second one with the red oval shows the gap where, if needed, you can slip the seatbelt out without holder removal. -Brian

I installed on my DH, very easy install, just pop off the plastic cap covering the screw and this screws on top. After 1mo, it works pretty well. There is still room at the top if you need to get the belt out you don't have to remove the unit.
