Thank you everyone it was fuse box it was not sitting correctly, the car is up and running

The car was running until we removed the fuse box, battery and took off the valve cover replaced the spark plug valve seal, installed everything back and the car just wont start, checked the fuses, charging battery right now.

If the fuse box was removed does it loose its programming? All cables ate connected, battery was taken off 2 days ago and is reading 11.8 amps just started to charge it will let it charge for 3 hours see what it does
