Pretty much toast. Do you see those perpendicular markings in the tread? Those are the wear bars and need to be replaced when they are even with the tread. Supposed to have 2/32 of an inch of depth in the US.

I have the Jaeger Brothers front and rear. They are a no drill setup. Recommended to remove them when washing but I do not. They come off easy but have stayed in place while driving. Pricy for what they are (kydex) but they do help...

Sounds like a great setup as already mentioned it well equipped. I'd say jump on it because the prices are only increasing. I have vapor blue with the carmine red, bronze and the works. I love the rapid red and kind of wish I got that color since they gave it the axe for the 25s.

You will love the 650 more than the 550. I had a 23 vert and it had that slight vibration and shimy so to speak. My 24 veet although a PP with magride is very grounded and rides very smooth. It feels more connected and nimble and responsive.
