Lol - i would love to say I'm driving fast but the fact is I use the car pretty much to do groceries, take the kids to school, around the city mostly having to respect the 25-35 miles hour limit.
And it's true I don't have a super light foot - I probably accelerate more than I should but it's...
I Have this same issue every time I fill the tank.
When I fill the tank and turn the car on, the fuel gauge gives me a lower miles to empty number (usually around 170).. I have a heavy foot and I usually drive around the city which it makes the car to use more fuel but this value is definitely...
Have kinda the same issue all the time I fill the tank.
The car was serviced-checked twice at Ford, they do something to "fix" (reset) the gauge and it comes back to the usual 250 miles to empty (with a full tank).
When I spend the whole tank and refill, it gives me a lower number (which...

I had a recall for my GT to in theory fix the auto-start but it never worked, even after the recall. Not that I miss it at all but I wonder if this would ever work after all.

I found this one that looks good too:

If I buy this, can I have someone else (professional) to install it? (I dont want to 3M it)
I found some GTD wheels on eBay that look pretty nice. Although it's insanely expensive (3k for one wheel). And it's of course, not original.
Does anyone know if Ford is selling GTD wheels by any chance? or have found some cheaper good replicas?
TY
I try to take a very good care of my black GT but it seems to be a lost battle trying to prevent the car from getting all dusty.
I park the car in the garage (a tight one car garage) which is used only for that. (It's not a workshop)
And even though the car gets all dusty and dirty after a...
Just adding a general reply-update after my visit to Ford Services.
I spoke with a Services expert and had a mechanic running tests on the car (he drove the car and ran the system diagnosis looking for errors).
The guy pretty much said the car drives as it should and the feeling of lugging is...
I feel you and tbh i cant say you re wrong but Mustangs are also and Iād say mostly bought by emotional-sentimental reasons . And I definitely dont regret buying mine. I would not, for example, test drive a Camaro or a Challenger-Charger to compare. My GT, sheās something ai always dreamt about...
My friend im sorry to say that sounded a little bit offensive?
I bought the car because I like it and because I can. I like Mustangs and I dont think its a pre-requisite to be a pro driver or mechanic to buy one.
I didnt ask any questions or did any test drive before buying it. I just nevet...
Pretty much every mode it acts the same way. It gets a little bit smarter over the sport and track modes but nothing that drasticaly changes the driving feeling.
forgot to say is an automatic so I cant tell
About the gear. Car seems to hold and the fist and second gears a lot and only kicks in...
For you to see I do know a lot about engines. What are those 2 big things in Y shape in the engine? I bet my ass (thought) that was a turbo. Iām so noob. Anyway - twin turbo or not, driving still feels weird to me. Ty for answering!
