At the dealership they are changing the oil again. First they said it’s a clerical error most likely and after I insisted that they should redo it, they agreed to it.

I don’t want to call and be rude during holiday season, that’s just not me. I will bring them to their attention and let’s see what their response is, hopefully they will just have me bring it in and change it.

Not going back after this issue is resolved, I’m not expecting them to do any extra favors as long as they change the oil with 5W-30. Will not be going to Ourisman Ford of Alexandria VA again.

I had the similar issue two weeks ago, took the car to dealership they said ABS system needed an update, it hasn't come back after the service.

They didn't say anything about PCM, they said ABS needed to updated and they did that. I haven't seen the light since Monday, hopefully it stays that way.

Update: Dealership looked at the car today and said they needed to update the ABS system. I guess somehow Powertrain Malfunction warning is related to ABS. Hopefully, light will not come back on again.
