My dealership looked at it and basically said that if they can’t recreate the issue then there is no issue. This only happened to me once and hasn’t occurred since. Not sure what additional information I can provide unless it occurs to me again.

Here is an update. Car was at the dealership for close to a month for various reasons. Was told that Ford has a fix coming via a software update, but it was held up. I’ll be contacting the dealership next week for an update.

My car has been at the dealership since December 15th for various issues. I was told today that it will be available for pickup tomorrow. I'll let you know what my dealership says on all issues.
