I was told once a VIN is set no more changes can be made

Just talked with ford chat, ETA has gone from 7/4-7/10, to 7/17-7/23, and now “ETA” is set for 8/3

So I know nothing has left the plant yet, but does anyone know about how long it usually takes to ship from the plant to your dealership? (I’m in Florida)
