Lighting and camera quality makes or breaks it, especially for not seeing it in person. S550's plastic can look the same way, washed out and gray on some photos but rich and dark on others.
Body color may be too much in back, but perhaps. I think hitting all the plastic ground effects with a...
Hmmm. Is that asking one of the Ford suits? If so, might that imply fogs are sticking around in some fashion or another? Or is that the most wishful of wishful thinking? :giggle:
Nah I getcha, just ribbing. But yes, the S550 on down have had foglights in at least the base and GT trims. They seem to be oddly absent on the S650, from what we've seen. Unless they're somehow integrated into the main headlight unit with some fancy motorized voodoo, we may just be using...
The... current generation, that we're all driving. :giggle: Performance models no of course, but the GT and Ecoboost have had them since '15. In fact, the S650 looks like the first generation without them in a while.
'18s and up have fogs as well—LED, not halogen.
Excellent work. I am most definitely looking forward to the yellow—bias and all. The preview shell at the reveal appeared to be warmer yellow like your shot, which I'd much prefer over the greenish highlighter of grabber yellow. Here's hoping!
Well, 9 months WOULD be nice, but realistically, who knows. We'll see. For the other...
...What he said is basically what I wanted to voice, to better wording. Devil's advocate, it may be on a big mechanism to simulate a physical button, akin to a mechanical keyboard switch.
Mind, in this I'm...
I dig it, although I admit I am quite uncertain about the ecoboost. Probably just that angle. It seems a bit too thin in the rear without a wing or something to fill out the top end a bit more. Now I really do wonder what a ducktail/wedge might look like on it...
It'll continue the tradition of...
Thaaat's looking more like it. Honestly your original renders look better than the press photos, Ace—think all the black up front matching a bit better might have something to do with that.
Maybe with the front fascia piece painted a deep, glossy black to match the grille instead of the matte...
You know, I've never properly considered it until now, but it seems like that's just camo bulging over the shark fin. Especially with how it comes to a point in the dotted camo region.
