Has anyone tried different manual transmission fluids ( other than motorcraft) to get a quieter transmission or smoother shifts ? Any problems with other fluids ?

2025 gt pp 6sp. I have a very annoying rattle that seems to be coming from the tranny . It happens mostly in the 2000 rpm range. It is most noticeable in 3rd. gear. The service manager at a well known performance oriented dealer said it was definitely from the transmission. I drove another GT...
