  1. My First Near-Horrible Accident – A Moment I’ll Never Forget

My snarky comment would normally be .... "we're all adults here" but I don't think that's the case. LOL.
  2. My First Near-Horrible Accident – A Moment I’ll Never Forget

Yea, I got that. My comment about track mode was based off my previous comment about the Mustang Unleashed instructors insisting on Track mode. My guess is that they know stability control in the other modes is insufficient. ETA: My post 91 was a reply to someone's now deleted post.
  3. My First Near-Horrible Accident – A Moment I’ll Never Forget

Page 228 of the manul: TRACK For high-performance track driving. This mode increases throttle response and adjusts the transmissions shift schedule to both hold lower gears longer for faster acceleration and downshift more aggressively under braking. Traction and Stability Control intervention...
  4. My First Near-Horrible Accident – A Moment I’ll Never Forget

I would note that at the Mustang Unleashed events, put on by Ford's instructors, they verify that you're in track mode before you roll out on to road and autox courses. They're pretty adamant about it, and I doubt it's for throttle response. That's probably a clue here.
  5. Need new wider (305 or 315) bronze wheel options

They look similar to SVE DHP1 wheels, but no bronze option.
  6. My First Near-Horrible Accident – A Moment I’ll Never Forget

They had what ... a 215mm wide tire?
  7. My First Near-Horrible Accident – A Moment I’ll Never Forget

You can really learn a lot on track days. I will add that you need to be mature enough to realize that when you leave the track, you need to act like you've left the track. You need to flip that switch when you drive home.
  8. GT vs PP Fender Liner Differences

TY. The regular GT has a different liner, without slots.
  9. My First Near-Horrible Accident – A Moment I’ll Never Forget

I recently did a wheel/tire upgrade from the 255-40s all seasons to a 285-35 summer tire. At times, it feels like a substantial increase in traction under WOT. I had a sneaking feeling that traction control had been kicking in before, masking the lack of traction. I'm not sure how best to...
  10. GT vs PP Fender Liner Differences

The back side of the cooler. Like any ducting to the fender liner or something.
  11. GT vs PP Fender Liner Differences

I’m aware of the tunnel in the bumper cover, on the front, but I’m interested in any air flow changes/parts for the back side.
  12. GT vs PP Fender Liner Differences

Are there air vent slots in the PP's fender liner, for the oil cooler, on the drivers side? If so, do you have a picture? Thanks.
  13. Revving in Neutral in an automatic (While Driving)

I do it when entering the tunnel that goes under the stands on the race track. It's customary.
  14. S650 Boss 429 Concept

    Hoonigan'ish.
  15. Do you think S650 Mustang Sales Will Start Increasing Now?

It's huge when everything else is running something closer to a 1.5.
  16. What did you do to your S650 Mustang today?? 🙋🏻‍♂️

I just got back from a work trip and had some parts waiting for me. SVE SP2 wheels. 19x10 Square, Graphite Ford Performance Radiator and Fan (I have a Non PP GT) Ford Strut Brace I ceramic coated the rims for easier cleaning in the future. ETA: The radiator/fan change made brought a...
  17. Does the AC automatically disengage when going WOT?

I believe it does it at 80% of WOT.
  18. Ceramic window tint

My side and back windows are done with Stek ceramic tint. No complaints.
  19. 2025 GT engine oil temp runs hot

FWIW: I added a link to the Whipple recommendation too.
  20. 2025 GT engine oil temp runs hot

I agree, it's not in the manual, but I would note that the GT350 had a 5w-50 recommendation. And, so does Whipple, for supercharged Coyotes.
