Yeah I totally get that. I think the key for you is verifying that the car is OK vs a pump issue. If it happens at multiple stations I'd be bringing her back to Ford with some data showing there is an issue.
As someone who is tuned I think I can speak to this. I don't think tuned folks feel the power change, they feel the drivability change. Sure there are minor gains in the torque and horsepower realm on tune alone, but the major impacts are to throttle response, cooling behavior, transmission...
I have had issues at pumps that use vapor recovery modules (like for recovering vapors from the pump to tank connection) on ALL cars with the capless fuel systems. If it doesn't get the right seal it won't work real well. I'd start by going to another station and verifying if the issue is with...
~19mpg in town and ~24mpg overall highway. It's been very consistent for me actually. I did a long road trip and got 26mpg on on tank one time but then I decided to get there faster lol.
1 probably not popular tip....
Just run the AC. At no point during my day (and I was placed in the faster groupings) did I note an issue with lack of power because the AC was on. I know I know.... it robs power.
But the DH has plenty of get up and go while running under the restrictions they put...
Uniden R8W is what I'm using. I generally drive responsibly but there are those moments I find myself caught up a little enjoying the car and the radar detector helps bring me back to reality and keeps me honest. Read Vortex's reviews!
When I went to Mustang Unleashed the instructors told us the system only worked if you were not providing input to the steering, accelerator or braking system. If you are actively providing input to the car the computer assumes you are in control.
So it is really a "unaware driver" or...
I wash my car 2-3 times per week and have yet to see any moisture down there.
This will be a "I have to do the recall to sell my car" kinda thing for me. Which right now is never....
I messaged PBD a few weeks ago and they did confirm that they will adjust these settings in their tune if customer requests it. I have not seen any real world data yet though outside of e-mail communication.
I've done 4 oil changes at this point and it really isn't that hard IMO. Getting my ramps to stay in place in my garage takes longrt than the actual oil change lol. (they slide on my garage epoxy floor).
I thought about making a hatch for the filter on oil change #2 but decided it just wasn't...
