One day I parked in Wegman's (grocery store) and far away from other cars as I always do and I see this beautiful woman walking toward my car, not me I'm sure. She says some compliment about the car and I thanked her. Her husband who was maybe 50' behind her didn't look as impressed. Glenn
As I said. If you are road racing, figure out the most efficient spoiler/wing that works for your setup/track. However, for most applications the effect is more visceral than it is functional. Glenn
These types of discussions I find superfluous. The spoilers may produce downforce, but be honest, we have them mostly for styling. In the examples given, you have to be driving 124 mph or 180 mph to get those results. I'm not saying I haven't done that, but if I do, I'm not really thinking about...
I did the same using a tape called T-Rex by Shure. See my post
I did exactly that. I used a tape called T-Rex by Shure. I installed mine on May 7. Here is a link to my post: <https://www.mustang7g.com/forums/threads/front-fender-line-holes-gone.167783/post-3370630> My fender wells were very...
Glad you got that figured out. Now the hard part is every day you have to determine what temp to set it at so the fans slow down enough for you to enjoy your ride! Happy hunting!
You are not alone. Many years ago, in a life far, far away, I worked. I tried sharing the drive with a co-worker who...
Good to know! Unless the weather (humidity) is causing my climate control consternation I only change the temp! Summer or Winter I use the A/C. It is just so easy with Alexa. I don't even turn it off when the top is down. Glenn
I say no stripes! That color is sensational by itself! If, as others indicated, you can't live without stripes, then #1. Good luck; no matter your pic, you will turn heads either way! Glenn
As I've said before, I love Track mode in tunnels or anytime there are walls or concrete barriers on the sides. Otherwise, Sport is great! As mentioned earlier, I also like the gurgle when downshifting! Almost remembered to check the fan speed today but then forgot. Damn senior moments seem to...
I have two custom modes. They are the same, everything sport mode, except for the suspension. One is normal suspension incase the wife is ever aboard and the second is sport suspension. Based on what some of you have said I think I will switch my FAVORITE button from quiet to track mode. Glenn
I get what you're saying but AUTO needs time to do its thing. Today it was 103˚ and I drove to three stores within a couple of miles of each other. The fans did not slow down significantly because the ambient temperature in the cabin never cooled enough. No humidity here that would make a...
Sorry! I thought you just got it. We have close to the same mileage, but I never noticed brake dust. I do pay the guys who hand-wash my car extra for the wheels and tires, so maybe they are doing a good job! Good to know I'm getting my money's worth! Glenn
Not where I live, but I was coming home Sunday from a car show and had to go back roads because of construction on I-78. I cut through a small town named Farmersville, and they have a sewage processing plant on the outskirts. I was just motoring through, but it can make your eyes tear. . Glenn
When you have the A/C set to AUTO and you change anything manually, it will probably come out of AUTO. At least that is the way most of my cars have worked. To be honest, since I set my Stang to AUTO, I have never done anything manually. About the only thing I change is the temperature, and I...
