The list on my 24 GT Vert was just over 59K. (Not what I paid) How on Gods green Earth does it not have a forward facing camera and external downward pointing mirrors, when in reverse. IMHO, they are necessities. I don't often have to parallel park, but when I do, I don't want to be concerned...
I have a 24 GT Vert, with Shadow Black and I have never seen any metallic glint in the paint. I have had the car since July but I am more than happy to back it out and check it. I will, however, have to wait for the sun to come up. I do agree with 8915GT, that it is very glossy. My car...
I agree with jboogie1289s possible solution. I have done it a couple of times. It is rather disconcerting. I find the shifter will go into manual mode quite easily. So far, I haven't noticed any ill effects. Glenn
I vote for the silver. They are the same ones as on my black vert. I have seen other wheels I like better, design wise, but I think the color works with the black. As others have said I think the gray rims blend into the black too much and aren't eye catching enough. I will say that they...
First, let me say that if this isn't the gap across the front of the hood, ignore everything I say. All Mustangs have that gap but as MidLifeCoyote said there is weatherstripping in the gap. That being said, I think that gap is excessive. I will attempt to include a pic of mine. I took the pic...
DeluxeStang,
I feel much like you. What I do is drive until the engine is warmed up. I will even go the long way to places just to make sure it is warmed up. I will put it away wet, like you're not supposed to do to a horse, but I won't put it away cold. :inlove: Glenn
I'm with ya, Upacurb. Tint during the day, is one thing, but at night? Living in the Northeast, has many challenges for night driving and I won't even take my Stang out in bad weather. Glenn
However you slice it, anyone owning a S550 or S650, should be smiling. I am still amazed how many people like this car. I get compliments from people of all ages. Getting gas has become something of an adventure. I've even had a guy walk over from his pump, to compliment my ride, and show me...
rockman,
I don't know if you ever saw the information on the covers, when the vert top is down. I had posted that information with additional pics. The parts are from a third party, to fit the 2023 stand vert. However, they fit my 2024 vert perfectly. Here's some of what I wrote:
I got the...
5L PONY
Thanks for the info. It seemed the G_ds were conspiring to pick places I know nothing about. At least I now know I can spend a few days there and have plenty to do. Glenn
5L Pony,
That was a great video. I live in the Northeast and I wasn't going o take advantage of this offer because there aren't many options near to me. However, after watching your video I think I have to reconsider. Glenn
I haven't followed any particular break-in. I just don't push the RPMs. Initially my miles per gallon was approximately 10.7 mpg. I just broke 500 miles, last weekend, and my mpg is up to 18.6. Glenn
