  1. Canadian delivery updates

PATIENCE is key. Ordered mine last August knowing the long wait times, hoping to get it for spring (on the Quebec side of the Ottawa area, so have to have winter tires until March 15th anyways, and since I plan on NEVER driving it in winter…) As I was contemplating canceling my dealer order, got...
  2. FINALLY Scheduled!

Mine only became available once it got into the « In production » status.
  3. FINALLY Scheduled!

Blend seems to refer to the initially scheduled date. At least for me 🤷🏻‍♂️
  4. Start/Stop Job 2 GT

On my window sticker, mine currently being built (6speed GT)
  5. Start/Stop Job 2 GT

That’s the best news regarding that bad news ! 🤣
  6. Why did you get an Automatic over a 6 Speed?

I’m in Canada, but being born and raised in France, I’ve owned/driven manuals only before moving here 10 yrs ago. I’ve had a Mustang, 2 Jeeps, and a Subaru WRX that were manual since I’ve moved here, everything else was automatic.. To me, auto has always felt like driving those “bumper cars” at...
  7. New 2024 Dark Horse Premium and was told it was repainted

I’d go through Twitter/X, they’re usually pretty responsive… I’d assume that if it had to be repainted at the factory, it wouldn’t have been that noticeable, so assuming something happened somewhere on it’s “Flatrock-Arizona-WA” trip, so the dealer would most likely be aware, and trying to take...
  8. Canceled my order and Picked up a 2024 GT Convert today!

Hahaha that’s the plan too when I get it ;) Exhaust note > music, even though I listen to music 24/7 !
  9. Canceled my order and Picked up a 2024 GT Convert today!

Congrats man ! I mean, I’d take a car that sits in the cold over one that sits in a showroom where people play with it all day, but glad this combo makes you feel better than what you ordered. And 100% sure the crap MPGs are coming from the top down >>> the exhaust mode :)
  10. Taking delivery in 2024

Engine’s still the same lol So mine will be 486 since I got the AVE
  11. Taking delivery in 2024

Oh well…. Stupid nonsense, guess I’ll have to add hitting that mofo to my startup routine 🤷🏻‍♂️🤣
  12. Taking delivery in 2024

Still looks fake to me, look at those “simulated screens”, doesn’t look like an actual “salesman in the yard quality” picture… Do you have access to the window sticker ? Would it be listed on it ?
  13. Taking delivery in 2024

This looks like a rendering IMO
  14. found new seats. now need help wiring.

Man, go buy a lottery ticket, like NOW !!! 🤣 Like what are the odds, with so few 2024 out there, that someone local to you has exactly what you want, and wants exactly what YOU have ?! And we’re not talking Hyundai Elantra type of “100 of the same car in a parking lot” kinda car ! And when you...
  15. Taking delivery in 2024

Agreed. And those tools are nice (especially the whole tracking thing), the HP is proof that info there is not really reliable… Fingers crossed ! So far no manual delivered with SS I think, wait and see !
  16. Taking delivery in 2024

Good point lol Technically it should even say 486hp. I guess it goes along with their disclaimers, hopefully S/S is just as much as a mistake lol “The Status Description is provided for informational purposes only and on an as-is basis and could include technical, typographical or other...
  17. Taking delivery in 2024

OMG so depressing… Oh well, I’ll stick with the current routine I have with my SUV… So stupid though !
  18. Taking delivery in 2024

    I thought 6 speed Manual wasn’t getting it ?!
  19. 3.15 or 3.55 for my GT Daily Driver? 3.55 Worth the upcharge?

Interesting to read everyone’s opinion ! I went and rechecked on the builder, and it seems like in Canada at least(seems to be similar for you): - if you get the 6 speed it comes with the 3.55, and you can’t order the 3.15. Need to get the PP for the 3.73. - if you get the 10A it comes with...
  20. Cutting Open Intake Grille

Very good point actually. Not an engineer here, BUT, with the heat extractor/hood vent, wouldn’t you want less air entry than outlet, to create some kind of vacuum and increase the air intake/suction ?! And by that, heat extraction as a result ?! I might be onto something…. Or be completely off...
