Interesting. I spoke to Ford live chat earlier (order placed feb for a car that was, on the order form a Dec 2023 order) and it has only just been assigned a VIN with an estimated delivery date of 23/11/2024!!! At first they couldnt even find the order despite me giving the the number. TBH...

As you say - we all want to spend money - are all avid Ford supporters and yet we are either being given the wrong information (I was told by Ford UK that my car would be here in 3 days!!) being given NO information at all. Really poor show.

Cheers - my order states 16th Dec and thats it!!! So I guess im lost in the void...frustrating.

DH demo is arriving at dealer 27th July so ive heard. WTF is wrong - FORD come on communicate!!!

So Ford UK have said proposed delivery date to dealer of 15th June when I checked today!!! :cool: (with the caveat that this is subject to change!!)

Yep - if you order other (via your dealer) than the prebuilds the Ford system wont let you place the order. Just changed my order to one of the prebuilds and have est build date of April 5th. My dealer just confirmed this and has been amazing :cool: Huge smile now :-)

How long after ordering at your dealer did you get a build date? I ordered 3 weeks ago . Cheers Mark
