Thanks mate. I think I know who you're quoting. 😉
I think I'll just order myself a bottle of Leather Shield then.
Punt the Geyon in the trash to quote the same person. haha
You reckon its good for the Mustangs Recaro fake leather even though they seem to say only to use it on genuine leather?
@DFB5.0 , I know one shouldn't really ceramic coat leather but I've been given a bottle of Geyon's leather coating by a friend

Thanks mate. I found that same thread last night and came to the same conclusion. I think I'm just going to connect the permanent pigtail to the battery positive and negative charging stud. I just need to see if the pigtail that came with my charger is fused. I'd very much like to have a fuse...
Has anyone connected a battery tender to their car yet? To make it easier on the battery, I like to keep it on a tender if its not going to be used for a week or so.
One option is to connect the positive (red) lead to the connection point under the red cover at the fusebox which is easily...
So I've learned on the weekend how little clearance there is between the brake caliper and the stock DH wheels. I used the Maxshine wheel cleaning brush for the areas it could get into, but I'm wondering if there is something a little softer and more flat that will actually go in between the...
I love the SVT and Fox Body clusters. Before I got the car I was convinced I'd be rocking the SVT one as a daily. Now I have the car, the one thing I miss on those clusters is a gear indicator. Stupid I know because especially in a manual, you always know which gear you are in anyway, but for...
Its lovely hey! I honestly have not used the audio system in mine. I should really turn it on and make sure all the speakers and sub woofer works, but this car doesnt need an audio system. The noise is just so sublime. 👌
Yeah I should probably switch mine around. I have my "star" button set to track exhaust and the normal exhaust mode on the custom driving mode. I should change it to sport or track in the custom mode, and then just have the star button for switching to quiet.
Now that I have my car and understand a bit better how the custom driving modes work, I was wondering what everyone else enjoys.
Obviously the car defaults to the "normal" drive mode at startup. For everyday driving, do you guys just leave that alone, or do you switch to a custom mode of your...
Wow that's really interesting. I'll keep an eye on mine and see if the same thing happens.
Been out all morning driving around, taking the wife out for breakfast etc. I'm becoming more familiar with it as well. The Tremec is a little stiff but I swear I can feel it loosening up already. Not...
Yeah fair enough. The pre-facelift S550s were renouned for being too quiet which Ford fixed for the most part with the 2018 onwards cars.
Right now I'm with you. I don't think I'll mess with the exhaust on mine.
