Is there a spot on the same side as the battery that I can safely use for negative? Going away for 1 month and using a borrowed tender that doesn't have the reach required to connect to the negative stud near the fuse box.

Is there a way to neatly/carefully get rid of the "furry" bits of plastic from the lip of my front spoiler (from scraping on driveways etc...). Sandpaper?

Thanks, I agree with respraying,, gotta keep the base same colour as the car for it all to look "right". Now I've got a feel for spraying and install costs I'm seriously considering getting one.

Looks awesome, good to know you can easily paint the base. How much was the respray and fitment if you don't mind sharing.

It seems this was an issue for some in the S550 too. I might ask them to look at it again at my next service. Apparently it could be a misaligned compressor fan. Oh and yes, mine makes strange sounds at random times when the key is no where near it. When it happens I can also hear the door...

Hi All, Does anyone else have a whirring sound coming trough the air con vents at around 2000rpm? I've noticed this since new and it start around 1750rpm up to about 2500rpm, the sound matches engine revs but the air "speed" is constant. Raised it with the dealer when I got my POM inspection...

Vegemite on toast with a slice of cheese is bloody awesome, and yes spread it thinly. A weird one I'm partial to is dipping a celery stick into peanut butter, odd combo but tastes good.

Got my POM service on Wed and saw a DH with the Bronze/Gold wheels getting serviced as well. It was Blue Ember with a stain PPF wrap - looked bloody good.

What are ppl's thoughts on having gloss or satin grey/charcoal rims on a car fitted with the black pack? Too much of a mix n match approach? Loaded question I know but I'm in two minds.

Yeah, I had a rethink and figured it'd be easier to get an Atlas Blue one ad get it sprayed black locally. Thanks for the links :thumbsup:
