These two have a history of dumb and pointless arguments, that force others to put them on ignore. This new pissing competition just takes off from where the last one ended.
Another comparison image from Vortex Radar.
The new 970X Plus series is very disappointing, despite the higher bitrate.
Blackvue chose not to implement HDR capabilities of the Starvis 2 sensor.
And you would think all manufacturers could get the white balance correct this day and age...
A few snippets of general information regarding S650 changes found in another topic.
And Thomas Holland thought the S650 was "the same car", and refused to refer to to it as "all new".
It not the individual dealers fault.
It's Ford of Australia who are lousy at communication, or most likely, their counterparts they interface with in the US... probably a bit of both
I work with Americans (media) a couple of months of the year, and the communication flow is just awful. You get...
Unfortunately, it's looking like the BlackVue DR9070X Plus has really crappy image quality... which defeats the whole purpose of having a dash cam in the first place.
This is extremely disappointing, as Blackvue nailed the form factor.
And yet you can't actually specify a convertible with the online Price & Build, just a Fastback.
The convertible option does briefly appear (greyed out) whilst the page is loading, but then becomes invisible.
Obviously not ready for the convertible yet.

Same here!
I'm surprised more manufacturers haven't adopted this approach. The front camera head unit is smaller and more practical to mount alongside these rear view mirror windscreen bases that seem to get more bloated by the year.
And the main processing box with the heat generating...
I had to trawl back to see what you ordered. A Dark Horse.
It seems all the push backs to 24.50MY reported here (so far) are DHs.
Anyone with a GT order that has been officially pushed back to a 24.50MY???
Another nerve ending! :lipssealed:
The Remote Start not being available with the 6-Sp manual is just illogical.
The computer knows if it's in neutral, or not.
The computer knows if the handbrake brake is on, or not.
Not sure if the computer has an accelerometer sensor, but wouldn't surprise me...
Actually, I have heated seats in my 2016MY RAV4 Cruiser, and they do get used for a few weeks of the year when we venture into single digits during peak Winter!
So, a welcome addition.
Now... about that center console? :curse:
The only other 24/24.50MY change I can see, without requiring a microscope, is the addition of a heated steering wheel across all trim levels.
Previously, this was not heated.
Great news for all of us QLDers!!!
