Agree with you 100%... it's not the i4 M50 we had - which was maxed out with luxury. That thing had programmable window modes via GPS - you could program it so that it would automatically lower the driver's side window anytime you entered your parking garage or Airport parking area... lol crazy...
You can get them for $5-6k which seems reasonable if you’re spending $15k on a supercharger but what do I know lol.
I’d gladly pay $2-3k more for a multi piece wheel over a single piece wheel for $3-4k per set.
I’m just saying - and you might be right- if you can’t afford $6k for wheels you...
I mean I get you brother - but I don't know why - by the same token - all the diehard Ford people keep making excuses for them not providing these features?
I love my car - but damnit - if Ford gave even a TINY LITTLE SH!T - they could have made it an AMAZING car.
Instead they did the bare...
Ok so I don’t understand all these brand arguments and not a single person is even mentioning one of the OG’s…
Fikse???
I’ve run their forged multi-piece wheels on several cars I’ve owned in the past, and at an incredibly light weight they are strong, and were the definition of perfection.
#1 Difference is you spend that $30K more, and you will get it all back at time of sale.
They are holding their value almost to MSRP.
I did not go the Dark Horse route... and I wish I had for that reason.
I bought a 2025 5.0 GT w/ PP, AE, and got $8000 off - it was $58,600 MSRP, I bought it...
Mine does ok- she actually finds the seats fairly comfortable- it’s just on longer trips say 1hr+ she would like a little more lumbar support. Hey it’s way better than my 2018 SS 1LE - with those Recaros she literally couldn’t ride in it without her whole neck / back aching even after short...
thanks- It’s alright —- as you get older these things happen lol.
when we add Katzkin leather to the 301A we will add their power lumbar kit - probably this spring.
Personally I’m old school and I may not need it but it’s incredibly cheap peace of mind - I change all my cars every 4-5000 with full synthetic.
Do I spend a couple dollars a year more than I need to? You bet. Do I care? Nope- it’s my money and it makes me feel better lol.
Came in a 1SS- as well as a 2SS. Yes. Mine was a 1SS. Only option was 1LE Performance Package…
it included everything from suede steering wheel to active exhaust Recaros and even Magneride. Was an absolute bargain at $43k
regardless, my comment was more about the frustration of Ford not...
OK - So you can't make this up.
Further drama in the missing keychain saga:
They accidentally shipped out TWO replacement keychains.
Just got an email saying when I get both to contact them so I can arrange to ship back one of them.
ahahahaha smh
They really run their entire operation...
Man this is hilarious - and also incredibly true ahahahaha.
Hey - it's 2026 - here's a $60K car with a flip review mirror and no floor mats ahahahahahaaha
Yep… just like gas brands lol. As long as it meets or exceeds the specs outlined by the OEM / owners manual- enjoy what makes you feel better.
part of the hobby :)
Absolutely could be. Regardless of those claims, seems like a better oil than the motorcraft full synthetic and costs less too.
So that’s what I’m going to try in the 5.0!
