Personally I’m old school and I may not need it but it’s incredibly cheap peace of mind - I change all my cars every 4-5000 with full synthetic. Do I spend a couple dollars a year more than I need to? You bet. Do I care? Nope- it’s my money and it makes me feel better lol.

Absolutely could be. Regardless of those claims, seems like a better oil than the motorcraft full synthetic and costs less too. So that’s what I’m going to try in the 5.0!
