That's way cool that you have it installed and usable. I knew you can use them for reading codes, etc. But I never thought about using it during regular driving.
A loss of a ground anywhere can cause extremely weird things to occur elsewhere as circuits attempt to find paths to ground. 😳
Perhaps this is the cause of some of the strange gremlins we've heard of. 👻
Rear wheel drive V8s are no problem in the snow. I grew up in the Upper Penninsula of Michigan. As a kid, barely any of us had four wheel peel. Just have to have good tires and know how to feather the gas.
And now with every car coming with traction control it's even easier.
I never turn lane centering on and I never see the warning.
The second I turn it on I inevitably see it within an hour of driving.
I'm already the quintessential old guy driving a cool car. I don't need to wander back and forth in my lane just to keep my car from nagging me. I'm going to...
About a month into driving my Eco I thought that Ford should build a sedan on the same platform and that it would sell due to Stellantis messing up every sedan they had.
Not to mention financing or leasing from Stellantis sucks. I leased a 200 and had such a bad experience that I ignored...
I wish there was a sensitivity adjustment for it because I get warned too much even when my hands are on the wheel. As a result I shut it off and rarely use it. It's such a waste of technology to have it on the car and operate poorly. I could understand if it warned me when I was driving one...
You are absolutely correct but in my case I'm willing to risk it just for the looks alone.
I could also point out that your side markers are already illegal because they no longer reflect amber and red like the stock ones, but we'll keep that a secret. 🤫
You could potentially face additional...
Oh cool. Then you won't have trouble at all at night. I see you got your markers smoked. I plan on doing that to mine eventually, too. Did you get the smoked rear lower reflector lights also? That's what I plan to get, too. I saw a video of a Stang with them at night and I really liked the look.
That baby is badass. That's like the car Darth Vader would drive.
Looks like you got your headlights smoked also? Did it affect the brightness at night a bunch?
I can say there is a market for them as I daily drive mine and I will eventually be looking for a set for mine for winter. I have no idea yet what yours should go for but there are quite a few sets of take off Mustang rims on Facebook marketplace pretty often for less than $300 a set that are in...
Did you ever go into your car with Forscan and disable ESE? Could it possibly be that? Maybe pull the fuse for the radio and see if it goes away if you haven't disabled ESE.
Traded in a 2020 Chevy Equinox with the 2.0L Ecotech and our Stang gets much better gas mileage by far and I don't grandpa it. Got 31.3 average right now in combined city/highway. Best the Chev could ever do was 26 combined.
Many moons ago I was taking delivery of my '95 Probe GT that I ordered. As I was talking to the dealer rep the dealer's kid pulled into the lot practically sideways in a customer's car. He came squealing to a stop a couple spots away and got out of the car. When he noticed me and the rep staring...
