I joined MCA for this reason.
From what I've found out, X-Plan is real close to INVOICE but X-Plan limits what a Stealership can charge for DOC FEE's. Also, I believe a Stealership doesn't have to offer X-Plan.
I heard Ford is during something similar for the F150’s being able to get a Raptor tune.
FWIW, the FPT on my MY22 Ranger was noticeable and much more fun to drive in Sport Mode.
I get what you’re saying. I have the B&O in my MY23 F150 Lariat and I can’t say I’m all that impressed with it. So I’m questioning why spend $1200.00 on an upgrade to a so-so system and as someone else pointed out, a convertible isn’t the ideal audio situation.
I was back see-sawing GT- vs - EB...
Analysis Paralysis, my life summed up in two words and I’m confident it’s being an engineer.
enjoying this thread as I’m APing my order in February of 26
I'll be ordering a GT Convertible in February of 26 and I'm seeking some input from owners.
Intended use of the car is to enjoy day trips in the ME, NH, & VT countryside when we aren't out with our F150 Lariat PB and TT.
My wife and I are in our mid 60's so we aren't doing anything radical...
The rule of thumb I was taught for snow tires is: as tall and narrow as possible. Lots of folks here in Maine like Blazacks ( sp ) I like the General Artictrac
Appreciate the reply and food for thought
for perspective, my MY23 F150 came with passenger tires even though it had all the tow packages but the max tow package and I tow a 5000lbs RV with a 650 tongue weight Is why I asked the question
If your car came with Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric in 265/35R20’s, which version do you have?
the 2, 3, 5, or 6?
if it matters, Convertible
also wondering if I buy this car should I replace the tires with say the Conti DWS 06’s
thanks
There’s a saying here in Maine about four snows on a RWD.
You want the front tires going where the back tires are going.
I became partial to the General Articmax but many swear by Blizzaks.
thanks for the kind words.
My wife and both worked and saved and now it's time to enjoy the fruits of our labor. We have no kids to leave anything too so we are going to enjoy the final chapter in our lives. What will be left we are donating to a local Animal Rescue.
