And I just found out I can use my Dark Horse shifter. Has the same threads as the Billetworx adapter. Plus Steeda has has plain shifter balls in brushed aluminum, black, red, and blue.
Just finished installing half shafts and an stop the hop enthusiast kit. Also was going to do a PPF and noticed my car already had it along with jacking rails.ππΌππΌππΌπ
I don't know if it's a Brembos thing or a Ford thing. But I see lots of Fords with wheels covered with caked on dust. I always wonder if they ever wash their cars. I'll go with Powerstop when it's time to change brakes.
Was goin to get SR shifters until I seen the Billetworx video. SR and others come with a few parts. Billetworx only two, unless you have your own shifter ball as I do. I replaced my DH shifter ball with white one. Then the car was stolen. Since blue π is my favorite color I replaced my DH with...
Ford wants to much. The same thing is available from other vendors. The original vendor for Ford's shifter knobs is still around. They make all kinds of different Types. But I don't think they have them for automatics.
Now that I like. But I no longer have my atlas blue Dark Horse, and sold my blue ember DH Premium to a collector. But I do have an atlas blue GT Premium and F-150 XL in the same color. So I want an SR white ball or Billetworkz candy blue π round for my GT. Wish I could use the titanium I kept...
If you live where it hot you can get little beanies, or miniature hoodies for them. I also think the A10 shifter is hideous. Go for it. And those closed minded MT-82 types poke fun, tell them a standard transmission belongs on the steering column. Like three on the tree. I like the SR white, but...
Try some of the vendors here. There's a bunch of them. I believe you may be able to get a discount for being here. SVT is here, Steeds, Beefcake Racing, maybe LMR.
I like what the call Pack 2s. They're like those on S550 Mach 1s, and I believe DH Premium HPs, and certain Shelby's. American Iron and SVT have them, so does Shelby. American Muscle is about $1,100. SVT is more, and Shelby is twice SVT. I believe they're used on the D650 GT350.
Stick with what you have. They look good. If not happy with them you could get them powder coated black or graphite grey. But for about the size mentioned Americas Muscle recommends 30mm offset. But that's for their magnetic type rims/wheels.
Brembos on the GT base are not a stand alone. You'll have to waste another, nearly 2,000, on a Nite Pony package. Brembos are a stand alone on the GT Premium. It's because it's rims fit over the Brembos. As for the EB I'm not sure Brembos are stand alone. Try the Mustang Builder.
